We have a 30 Day Return Policy from day of purchase. Returns must be received during the 30 day period to be concidered accepted. Any returns for exchanges or refunds must be in their original new condition and original packaging with tags included. All returned shapers are examined to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, any garments with marks, stains or scents may be non-returnable. If we believe an item has been worn, we will not accept it as a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.
